These terms cover your use of this website. Work we do for you is governed by the proposal and the agreement we sign for that project; where the two differ, that agreement wins.
Using this site
You may read, print and share anything published here. You may not copy the site’s text, design or code to republish as your own, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or attempt to reach parts of it that are not public.
What is on the site, and what it is not
The service pages, industry pages and the free SEO course are published to be useful and are kept accurate to the best of our knowledge. They are information, not advice for your situation. Search engines change, and a technique that works in one market may not work in yours. Decisions you take from reading this site are yours.
Client work is described in general terms. Where a page sets out how a system is built, it describes our approach rather than a named client’s project. We do not publish a client’s results without their agreement, and we do not publish numbers we cannot evidence.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed. Any figure we give before scoping is an estimate. A quote becomes binding when it is issued in writing for an agreed scope and you accept it.
The website audit tool
The audit tool checks a page you nominate and reports what it finds. It is offered free and as is: it reads a single page rather than crawling a site, it cannot see everything a search engine sees, and a clean result is not a guarantee of anything. Use it as a starting point, not as a verdict.
The Academy
The course is free to read and to use. Your progress is stored in your own browser, so clearing your site data clears it, and we cannot restore it. The certificate records that you completed the course here; it is not an accredited qualification.
Links out
Where we link to another site — documentation, a tool, a video — we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to Naryon Tech unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work we build for a client is set out in that project’s agreement, not here.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our liability for work we deliver is as set out in the agreement for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
