Privacy Policy

Naryon Tech ("we", "us") runs this website from Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. This policy sets out exactly what the site collects, why, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be specific rather than reassuring: where we collect something, it is named.

What the enquiry form collects

When you submit the contact form, we store the details you type — your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected and your message — together with the consent wording you agreed to and the date and time of the enquiry. We keep the consent text itself, so what you agreed to can be produced later.

Alongside those, the form records how you reached us: the page you first landed on, the page the form was on, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and the like). This tells us which marketing actually produces enquiries. It does not identify you beyond what you typed.

The form carries a hidden field that should stay empty and a timestamp of when you started filling it in. Both exist to recognise automated spam, and both are discarded once that check is done.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to scope and deliver work you ask us for, and to keep a record of the conversation while it is live — who is handling it, what stage it is at, and any notes written while quoting. If you opted in, we may also send occasional updates; you can stop those at any time by replying or emailing us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. Enquiry details are seen by the people at Naryon Tech working on your enquiry.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which bring enquiries. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google a record of the pages you view, along with an identifier that is not your name. Google’s own privacy terms govern what it does with that; you can opt out for every site at once with Google’s browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.

Two things are stored by your browser and never reach us: your light or dark theme preference, and your progress through the free SEO course in the Academy. Both live in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. Clearing your site data removes them.

The website audit tool runs its checks against the address you give it. We do not keep a record of the addresses audited.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in our own database on our hosting in India, and a notification email is sent to us when one arrives. If you contact us over WhatsApp using a link on this site, that conversation is on WhatsApp’s infrastructure and subject to their terms, not ours.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as it is useful for the purpose you sent it — while the conversation is live, and afterwards as the record of a client relationship. Where an enquiry comes to nothing, we remove it when it is no longer needed. There is no fixed period, and if you would rather we did not keep yours, ask and we will delete it.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to ask what personal data of yours we hold, to have it corrected or completed, to have it erased, and to nominate someone to exercise those rights if you cannot. Email info@naryontech.com and we will act on it.

A deletion request is a real deletion. Removing an enquiry removes the record and the notes attached to it; it is not hidden or flagged, and we cannot restore it afterwards.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes to what we collect or why will be described here rather than absorbed quietly.
