Build the reputation that brings work to you
Positioning, content and search visibility for founders and professionals, so the opportunities that come from being known reach you rather than a competitor.
What personal branding solutions means
Personal branding is the deliberate work of building a professional reputation in public: deciding what you want to be known for, publishing in a way that demonstrates it, and making sure someone searching your name finds evidence rather than nothing. For founders and professionals, it is often the highest-return marketing available.
In service businesses, buyers trust people before they trust companies. They search the founder's name before the first meeting, look at what they have said publicly, and form a view. For most professionals that search returns almost nothing — an outdated profile and a stale account — which is a neutral result where it could have been a persuasive one.
Personal branding is not self-promotion; it is making expertise legible to people who cannot otherwise assess it. The work is narrow: decide what you want to be known for, publish consistently enough to demonstrate it, and make sure the trail is findable. It compounds slowly and then matters a great deal, particularly when you want to raise prices, hire well, or enter a new market.
What's included
Positioning
What you want to be known for, narrow enough to be memorable. A founder known for one thing is recommended; one known for everything is not recalled at all.
Profile foundations
LinkedIn and other profiles rewritten to work for the reader, plus the basic search presence so your name returns something considered.
Content plan
The themes you can speak about with genuine authority, in formats you will actually sustain — written, video or spoken.
Ghost-assisted production
Drafting from your thinking rather than for you: interviews and outlines that become posts in your voice, so publishing does not depend on you finding writing time.
Visibility work
Podcast appearances, speaking, industry publications and commentary — borrowed audiences reach further than your own for a long time.
Search presence
Making sure a search for your name returns your profiles, work and mentions rather than an accident of the algorithm.
The process, step by step
- 01
Positioning interview
A long conversation about what you know that others do not, what you believe that is contested, and who you want to be known by. This produces the narrow claim everything else is built on.
- 02
Audit
What a prospect currently finds when they search you, and what that impression is doing for or against you. Most people have never looked properly.
- 03
Foundations
Profiles, bio and search presence fixed first, because visibility work sends people to look you up and what they find has to reward the trip.
- 04
Publishing rhythm
A cadence set to what you can sustain alongside running a business, with production support so the constraint is your thinking rather than your writing time.
- 05
Borrowed audiences
Podcasts, guest articles and speaking pursued deliberately, since other people's audiences compound faster than building your own from zero.
- 06
Review
Quarterly review of what resonated, what opportunities arrived and where they came from, adjusting emphasis toward what is producing.
Who this is for
Founders
Where the company is young and the founder's credibility is the strongest asset it has to sell with.
Professional services
Consultants, architects and specialists whose work arrives through reputation and referral rather than advertising.
Leaders who are hiring
Where being publicly visible and worth working for materially improves who applies.
Entering a new market
Establishing credibility in a segment or geography where nobody knows you yet.
How we approach it differently
- Narrow beats broadWe push toward one memorable claim, because being known for everything is indistinguishable from being known for nothing.
- Your thinking, not invented viewsContent is drafted from interviews with you. Opinions attributed to you should be ones you actually hold.
- Built around your timeProduction support so the bottleneck is your ideas rather than your calendar, which is what usually kills these efforts.
- Foundations before amplificationProfiles and search presence fixed first, so the attention that visibility work creates lands somewhere worth landing.

Personal Branding Solutions: common questions
Is this just posting on LinkedIn?
LinkedIn is often the main channel for professionals, but the work is positioning first. Posting without a clear claim produces activity without recall — people see your posts and could not say afterwards what you do. The narrow positioning is what makes the posting worth anything.
I do not have time to write. Does that rule it out?
No, and it is the most common constraint. We work from interviews: you talk for half an hour, that becomes several pieces in your voice which you review rather than compose. The constraint becomes your thinking, which is the part that cannot be outsourced anyway.
Will you write posts for me and publish under my name?
We draft from your thinking and you approve everything. What we will not do is invent opinions and attribute them to you — beyond the ethics, it fails at the first conversation where somebody asks you to expand on something you never said.
How long before it produces anything?
Slower than advertising and more durable. Foundations improve first impressions within weeks. Meaningful inbound opportunity from personal reputation typically takes six to twelve months of consistency. If you need enquiries this quarter, paid channels are the honest answer and this runs alongside.
Does this compete with our company brand?
It supports it. Buyers engage with people more readily than with logos, and founder-led content usually outperforms the same message from a company account. The risk to manage is dependency — if all credibility attaches to one person, that becomes a business risk, which is worth building toward a team over time.
What if I am uncomfortable being visible?
That is worth taking seriously rather than overriding. There are lower-exposure formats — written analysis rather than video, industry publications rather than social — that build reputation without a personality-led presence. Discomfort that shows in the content is worse than not doing it.
